• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to services. A cancellation fee of 45% will be charged thereafter.
• A deposit 50% or full payment is required to confirm Limousine and Town Car services; Full payment is required for all services originated out of Kingston, Jamaica, payments are made via our online e-commerce shopping carts. Deposits are done via PayPal or certified checks.
• In the event of cancellation or discontinuation of services in due time, a rescheduling, transfer or refund will be given.
• A 6% service charge will be added for all services paid for online, which includes credit card, processing and service fees. These fees are non-refundable after payment (Fees are only applied to Credit Card/Online payments).
• Infants under 2 years old are free, if accompanied by an adult. Children 2 to 12 years old pay 75% and all applicable service fees apply.
• Paradise Palms Jamaica Tours is not responsible for wrong information such as incorrect flight info, dates, e-mail address or any information submitted by you.
• Paradise Palms Jamaica Tours is not responsible for injuries or death while on any of our services.
Personal Effects Responsibilities:
• Jamaica Customised Vacation and Tours is not responsible for loss, damaged or stolen personal effects while on our services.

• All rates are subject to change, rates are reviewed on a monthly basis.
